What do I do if I see "Unconnected to the push server" under "Troubleshooting push notifications"?

Updated at March 16th, 2023

If you see under "Troubleshooting push notifications" that there is no connection to the push server, this can have several reasons.

1. Are you using a Huawei device manufactured after summer 2019?

In this case, no connection to the push server can be established. Your device does not support the delivery of push notifications through the push server used by Sdui .

2. Other Android or iOS devices:

Anti-virus apps can block the registration and delivery of push notifications. Please check your anti-virus app settings.

If your smartphone uses a version of Android that is not based on Google services (e.g. as described in point 1, newer Huawei devices), you will not be able to receive push notifications from Sdui with this device.

If you still do not receive any push notifications after checking the above points, please try to uninstall and reinstall the Sdui app.

If you still cannot connect to the push server, please click "Contact Support" on the "Troubleshooting Push Notifications" page and describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
