Yes, anonymous surveys can be created in Sdui.
When creating the survey (via news or in the chat) you can define the settings of your survey after you have entered the question and the answer options.
To create an anonymous survey, activate the "Anonymous survey" option.

Please note: if you create an anonymous poll, you will also not be able to see the names of the people who voted. 
An anonymous survey cannot be converted into a non-anonymous survey after it has been created.
