If you have written a news item and are still waiting for a read receipt from some recipients, you can request them to do so again as follows:

Find the news you want to send a read receipt reminder for and click View List. Then click on the "Remind users" button at the end of the list:

All recipients of the news who have not yet sent a read receipt will now be prompted to do so again via push notification.
