The timetable has been synchronized but is not displayed. Why?

The timetable for the new school year was created and successfully uploaded to Sdui. You can recognize this by the fact that you have either received a success message via the Sdui desktop app or from our own Sdui timetable planning tool. The timetable also shows that the last publication date has been updated. Even so, you will not be able to see the plan.

Now at the turn of the school year this is due to the fact that you have not yet completed the school year change in Sdui. You can find out how to do this in the linked FAQ article: "How does automatic promotion work" or, alternatively, in the article "How does the feature to manually promote students work?"

If you have already changed the school year in Sdui and the timetable is still not displayed, please get in touch with your personal contact at Sdui.
