Chats in Sdui are set to "One-Way" by default. That means only the group admin (usually a teacher) can write in the group.

This also means that communication is controlled from the school. Teachers can therefore determine whether and when they can be contacted by parents or students. However, the teacher (the group admin) can open the conversation in the chat.
