My timetable is displayed incorrectly. What can I do?

This could have different reasons:

1. Check that you have chosen the correct abbreviation as a teacher and that you have chosen the correct class as a student. To do this, go to the settings via the drop-down menu in the header at the top right, then select the top tile "Change my profile, school data & passwords".

On the next page you can see which abbreviation or which class has been selected. If there is an error here, please contact the school's Sdui contact person. He can change the information.

2. If the abbreviation or the class is selected correctly and the wrong timetable is displayed, there could be a fault in the transmission of the data from the school to Sdui. You can report this to us immediately from the app.

To do this, go to the settings and then select "Get help".
